All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business day prior to shipping.
The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered, delays in transit may occur.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday to ensure packages are not held over a weekend. Exemptions may apply if delivery can be made within two days within the Okanagan Valley
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery is only within British Columbia at this time.
Pick Up Policy
Pick up Location is Underground Headquarters: 2933 30th Ave, Vernon.
Pick up is available Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm (unless otherwise arranged).
Pick up customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready.
