OUR PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE
Fresh is best and keep our standards soaring!
As a company that started with a passion of making delicious, small batch craft beer for our community, our community was our driving force. We felt purpose in creating these delicious, non-alcoholic ferments for our loyal locals. Now we supply these fun, BC-made bevies, suitable for the whole family, to our wider Canadian base. Our brews are convenient, plant-based and sustainable. As a brewery our standards are apparent: always choose carefully when selecting ingredients, invest in top of the line equipment and ensure manufacturing standards are always at their highest. As a sub-culture, our code is: have fun, be healthy, spread good vibes and always be groovy!

NO GLASS AT THE BEACH
CHOOSING CANS WAS EASY…
Canning our kombucha was a no-brainer. When we compared the pros and cons of the two options, we asked ourselves one final question: “Which would I rather climb to the top of a waterfall with?”
THE BENEFITS OF CANS VS BOTTLES
Aluminum recycles more productively than glass. No UV light — enemy No. 1 of kombucha — can get into a can. Aluminum chills faster than bottles. Cans take up less space and are easier to store. Cans don’t break in our beautiful, pristine parks. Cans are in demand by beach-goers, campers and hikers, picnic people, boaters, lawn jockeys, and ballerinas. Cans are sealed with nitrogen with no chance of air to oxidize the contents, while with bottles, which are purged with CO2, there’s a chance of oxidation due to the seal between cap and bottle.
PRODUCT HANDLING
Another reason for packaging our kombucha in cans is due to its raw and live uniqueness. Please be wary if our kombucha states to be kept refrigerated, then these cans may rupture if handled incorrectly. We would rather a ruptured can than an exploded glass bottle, which can happen if they are handled incorrectly.
Packaging in cans is our way of simplifying your daily hustle! Therefore, canned kombucha was a no-brainer!
